THE SPIRITUAL LANDSCAPE: ALTERNATIVE PROCESS WORKS 2004-2007
    May-June 2007
    Atelier pH7
    7, rue des Balkans
    B-1180 Brussels, Belgium

This exhibition is culled from well over one hundred works in the 19th century processes of gum bichromate, cyanotype, platinum, mordançage and combinations thereof. Weaved in are themes of life, death and beyond with a hint of the sublime as well as a modicum of dark humor. The viewer is confronted with the extremely temporal to the possible eternal as well as a questioning of the visual conventions of both landscape and spiritual imagery that move us to these types of thoughts-or not.
